Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping

Delivery Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

  • Express 48h: Expedited delivery within 2 business days after dispatch, available in selected European countries.

Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Carriers

Packages are shipped via trusted carriers (DHL, UPS, etc.) with a tracking number sent to the customer by email once the order is dispatched.

Delivery Areas

We deliver within the European Union and worldwide.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed Packages / Incorrect Addresses

If a parcel is returned to the sender due to an incomplete, incorrect, or unclaimed address within the carrier’s holding period, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

 

2. Returns & Refunds

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be new, unworn, and undamaged, preferably in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Personalized items (engraved pieces, made-to-order creations, customized charms) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Procedure

Please contact us at contact.rkmlimited@gmail.com and include your order number and the items you wish to return.
We will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after your return request.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process a refund to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
In the case of an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped after the initial return is received.
